I’ll tell you a quick true story – at the age of 52 I was thrust into caregiving out of financial necessity after leaving Africa.

I was isolated, overwhelmed, drowning, exhausted, depressed, homesick, in poor health, in pain, and only just coping – you name it I had it – sound familiar?

I had to dig deep to get through the days and nights, and in my darkest hour I realised I would only survive if I changed my situation into an opportunity, looked at life in a totally different way, and literally will a new reality.

In 2017 little did I know that being a carer would be my catalyst to becoming a healer and totally transforming my view of the world. I still spend time in the capacity of a professional live-in carer, love it, and view it as a crucial part of my own growth, development, and path to enlightenment. I use a spiritual or intuitive heart-based approach to equip one with emotional resilience and self-growth skills needed to live a better life and perform at a whole new level.

If you feel stuck or disheartened and want to move way beyond simply coping then let’s talk. You’ll do the work but I’ll guide you and equip you with skills to elevate emotion, clarify intention, and utilise internal energy to transform your current ideas of reality and bring about a new reality in any aspect of your life.

Be the best that you can be.

Kim helped me help myself in my darkest hour – I was drowning running a small business, caring for an elderly parent, looking after a houshold of dogs and young adults and hating life. Breaking old habits, living in the present, embracing a collective consciousness, re-establishing my physical, mental and spiritual health, learning to chase my passions, unleashing internal creativity, practising gratitude, finding a sense of fulfillment – all these things came right. Not overnight of course but with Kim’s guidance, insight and gentle way of helping me gain insight I’m now embracing life. I still have my moments but also the personal tools to get back on track quickly. Can’t recommend enough and it’s a privilege to know her.

My family very quickly came to know Kim as Mary Poppins, a testimony to the effect she had on our home.

Kim was my 97-year-old mother’s first caregiver after a fall, which was aggravated by her Parkinson’s medication. Kim was extremely warm, caring and patient as well as being extremely professional. She has a fun sense of humour and set a high level for future carergivers.

My mother is very fond of her and always looks forward to welcoming her back to our home.
